Zu Beginn der Arbeit wird zunachst eine definitorische Eingrenzung der Zielgruppe der so genannten "Strassenkinder" vorgenommen werden. Anschliessend folgt ein Uberblick uber rechtliche Grundlagen, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema der Arbeit von Bedeutung sind. Im weiteren Verlauf stehen die Strassenkarrieren der Kinder und Jugendlichen im Mittelpunkt der Untersuchungen.
